Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at @softebysoleia Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request and make it right.

If your order is approved for a replacement, we'll provide instructions on the next steps.
